McGill's Media Relations Office and Communications Services provide a number of support services to the McGill community.
The MRO helps McGill faculty disseminate information about major research, publications, breakthroughs and any other stories of broader interest to the public. This is done through the publishing of press releases, the McGill Reporter and VoilĂ McGill.
Communications Services manages the University's photo library, fulfills photo requests, coordinates photography guidelines and agreements, and works with Content Collaboration Solutions to provide the McGill community with guidance on priority web sites and various multimedia.
Communications also helps promote the research of faculty and students through the publication of Headway magazine and the achievements of alumni through the McGill News.
