Bilateral agreements

Academic collaboration agreements with partner institutions abroad, commonly called Memoranda of Understanding or "MOU's" demonstrate a strong interest from a group within McGill for research collaboration with the other institution and have good potential for reciprocal benefits.

Each proposal for a new agreement is critically assessed at OIR, in close collaboration with Deans and Chairs. Faculty members proposing a new agreement should consult the guidelines for more information.
